Virtual Aduma 33 Kannon Pilgrimage #16 Saisho-in Temple

 

     Saisho-in Temple was founded at Asakusa in 1688 by Nun Jin'yu as a retreat.  It was first moved to Hongo and then to Honjo.  It was destroyed in the 1923 Great Kanto Earthquake, and was moved to its present place in 1928.
