Virtual Tama Aqueduct Chichibu 34 Kannon Pilgrimage #34 Kyuho-in Temple

Kyuho-in Temple was founded in Izumi Village, Tama County, Musashi Province, and has been abolished.

The Watanabe Family, which provided the head of Tsunohazu Village, Toshima County, Musashi Province, has kept many documents. One of the letters was sent from Kyuho-in Temple in Izumi Village to Watanabe Dennojo and was dated January 26th, 1848. In 1867, the Tokugawa Shogunate collapsed. Presumably, Kyuho-in Temple was abolished after the Meiji Restoration.

Address: Izumi, Suginami City, Tokyo 168-0063
