Merry Christmas.
In one's 50's, at the end of the middle-age and the start of the old-age, their labour productivity starts to decline, and their employability gets estimated to be a nil. How can I maintain and develop my employability in my 50s? I could have, and maybe should have, kept trying to be a member of the management, but I didn't. I have no time to repent of that.
