Virtual North Settsu 33 Kannon Pilgrimage #16 Yoshun-ji Temple

 

     Yoshun-ji Temple was founded as a branch of Taiko-ji Temple after 1694.  The temple was burned down in an air raid on June 15th, 1945, during World War II.  A Boeing B-29 Superfortress flew to Ikeda City and dropped incendiary devices, with 7 people killed, 20 people injured, and 70 houses and buildings burned down.
